I have been working on a book in InDesign for quite some time. Now I was at the good to print and made everything ready for printing. After the print PDF I noticed that the headings were still in German - instead of English. I took the master page where the rubric and page number were noted - nothing else - and applied it to the document with the sample page. Thereby it has swapped me in the document itself the pages!!! Fortunately, the printer still saw this, otherwise a print run with over 600 pages and 14,000 copies would have been printed incorrectly.
Till this problem is not solved you should be carefull with using the master page for the document....! Always check at the end, if the pages are still in the right order! But it is stessfull with lots of pages...
