Publish Online : Bug

Bonjour,

Suite à la découverte sur un tuto des possibilités qu'offrent l'option "Publish Online" dans ID, j'ai voulu la tester immédiatement. Hélas, mille fois hélas, quand je clique sur cette option, que ce soit dans le menu fichier ou sur la flèche de partage en haut à droite, il ne se passe absolument rien. J'ai vérifié s'il y avait des paramètres particuliers dans les préférences, mais je n'ai rien trouvé et Publish Online ne fonctionne désespérément pas ! Et c'est extrêmement agaçant.
Est-ce que l'une ou l'un d'entre vous aurait déjà eu ce bug et saurait me donner la marche à suivre pour le réparer ?

Sorry to hear about this trouble. This generally happens with Creative Cloud Enterprise account with Managed Services. Do you have any account with this type of subscription?

If not, please try resetting preferences by following these steps ( https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html ) and share your observations with us.

Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
