So-- my published ID brochure has rollover buttons that bring up some text elements. In the botton with those text elements- I chose "printable"under the pdf options.

When the user downloads the pdf though from the published site-- those text elements do not appear. How can I make sure they show up?

Hi Chanda,

Publish Online allows PDF (Print) only.

PDF Interactive is not supported.

So your buttons will not show.

You could provide a link to an interactive PDF hosted on your website or on a service like Dropbox.

Also note that not every browser will support the interactive features of a PDF. Just Adobe Reader on Windows 10 and Mac OS X or Mac OS 11.

Regards,
Uwe Laubender
