Publish Online Dashboard is empty

Hi, I've noticed in the last 3 or 4 days, at least, that in the Publish Online Dashboard I don't have any documents, but I've several documents there for sure (some uploaded in these days).

I've tried several browsers on my machine, Firefox/Chrome/Edge/IE11, and I've also tried via VPN to exclude problems with my connection.

Is there a problem of mine or is it a problem server-side?

I've sorted out which the problem was.The problem is the "Kaspersky Protection" on the browser. More specifically the "Anti-Banner" protection. As soon as I whitelisted the Publish Online Dashboard, everything begun to works properly.I honestly don't know where the problem lies.Maybe this can be useful to point out the problem! Best regardsGiacomo

Mine are all there.

 

Are you signed in? Look for your name/avatar in the top right corner of your browser window. If you are, trying signing out and back in again.

Yes, I'm signed in. I've otherwise I won't be able to see the screen.

If I open the Analytics tab, there are data in there.

And as soon as I upload the design the link provided by InDesign works like a charm.

Simply the files are not listed.
