Publish Online docs randomly become broken links

Ive just started using the 'Publish Online' feature in InDesign. Its so easy, but my documents randomly disappear, even when no edits have been made. I publish them successfully and then a few days later the link takes me to a page that says:

 

"Document Not Found

The document you requested does not exist. Please check the link used to make sure it’s accurate."

 

The only way around this, is to re-publish the document. 

 

Anyone know why this is happening? Its so frustrating. Thanks so much.
