Publish online Error 18

I've been having trouble publishing online for a week., same error N.18.

I have already try in different networks, sing out, update indesing, and still the same problem...

Dont know what else to try. (sorry for my week english).

Acording to Adobe Error 18 means "Connection lost while publishing. Check your network connection and try again".
