Publish Online - #Error 40

Toward the end of the Pubish Online process I receive the following error:

"

An error occurred while uploading your document. Please try again.

Error #40 ID: 617fc030-9c02-11e8-8096-63e74efa5308"

What is this error and how can I resolve asap.

According to the list of errors messages, #40 means the file is too large.

#23 is the Adobe servers are offline.

Troubleshoot Publish Online errors

Do you have video in your file? If so, please use a utility like Handbrake to downsample and make as small as possible. This has caused problems in the past.

i have had this happen to me to. and i just try again. i quit indesign, and redo. and than it works.
