Publish Online future video support on browsers

With Flash no longer being supported on Chrome and other browsers, what is going to happen with video content on documents that have been uploaded to Adobe's Publish Online feature? Is the Publish Online video player still using Flash player? And if so, is it going to be updated to continue support of video content?

InDesign Publish Online format is HTML5 based.

Thanks for your quick response. Does that also include the video player within the document? When inspecting the code via chrome browser, it appears to be using a .swf format and shockwave-flash. See attached.
