Is there any way by any mean to retrieve a document that got mistakenly deleted?
In the Publish Online Dashboard, we deleted a document that was embedded in a dozen web pages, each one having social media sharing options.
While we still have the original link, the document is gone.
Any advice?
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no way to recover this deleted file, since it was deleted by choice. Even having the link would not suffice.
You need to re-publish the document online and then update the link in the web pages.
However you can file an enhancement request at Feature Request/Bug Report Form for the future releases.

Thanks, I've done that. Basically, a confirm / cancel window before the document gets canceled.

I have the same problem. I'm not sure how/when the document was deleted. (It was definitely not done by me intentionally, and I'm the only one who has access to my publish online account.) Has a republish feature been added since the question was raised in 2017? If not, is there any way to redirect the old link to the newly published document?

Hi Indy-go girl,
I recently started using publish online. I too had a document disapear too. Did you get a repsonse regarding redirecting the old link.
Adobe:
A) Would it be possible to include a trash to retrieve any files within the publish online environment.
B) Create a way to reuse a previous link please.
Thank you.
