Question Mark Error Box

What does this question mark error mean? It is where an ← should be but indesign won't recognize that arrow symbol.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

it means that the ← is not part of the fonts or isn't loaded for that symbol. You'll need to load it or pick a different font that includes the ←.
