Resize a panel dialog box, e.g. CC Libraries using Javascript or Applescript?

Hi, all,

As Adobe in their infinite wisdom doesn't yet allow scripting of the CC Libraries content, nor the ability to assign shortcuts to the items within it, I'm using Keyboard Maestro to place items for me.

This is, however, reliant upon the CC Libraries panel being open and in the same place every time. Otherwise, Keyboard Maestro could be clicking the mouse in the wrong place.

Is it possible to manipulate and check the size of a panel/palette box?

Many thanks if anyone can help.

If you want to reset the active workspace with ExtendScript see into code by Gerald Singelmann:

Arbeitsplatzeinstellungen bei Start zurücksetzen [CS6/WIN 7 x64]

Hi Justy,

I would do a custom workspace where the CC Libraries panel is open and positioned where you want it.

You can save that workspace with panel positions. If you then use Keyboard Maestro you could reset your custom workspace so that the panel's position is at the right place.

Hi Justy,

please come back after testing my idea and Gerald's code and tell if it worked.

After checking, I do already have a custom workspace, which means that as soon as I resize the panel, it will stick, as it were. I'd have to remember to never resize it.
