Resize document - but only ads size in botton?

Is it possible to resize doucuments size so it only ads size in the botton? If i resize document now it rezsize in both top and botton. But then i have to move all my content to fit the new format. Im a doing something wrong?

Ok, I just used the Pagetool and used the referencepoint for where to add the added size.
