We are trying to resize pages with the SDK.
There is the page pref command but this applies to the preferences of the document.
Since CS6 users can resize each page to a different size regardles of the master page they are based on.
Can anyone post some sample C++ (not js) code to resize two or three different pages within the same doc to different sizes (say 100x200, 100x100, 200x100)?
