Review You cannot access comments because a review by another user is active for this document

Hi, i would like to share my indesign document for corrections with my customer. i work in an advertising agency. that all works perfect. but my colleague must also have access to the comments in the indesign. when he opens the file in which our customer left comments, he cant see it in the document in his indesign. is it a problem that the comment file is saved in my cloud? In indesign this message is displayed:

You cannot access comments because a review by another user is active for this document

 For an agency its is very important that  many people can access a file with the comments. Could anyone help?

maybe I could also give my colleague as the owner when sharing to change the rights so that he can see the same comments in the Indesign
