how to save a photo inside indd file? I mean not saving the file itself as a photo, but one photo that I have inserted before and I deleted it from my laptop.

if you embedded the image in your layout document you could un-embed it using the Links panel.
If there is "only" a missing link, you cannot do anything.
If you recently exported a PDF file from your layout with the link intact you could extract the image from the PDF using Acrobat Pro DC.

You mean that you have a missing link warning when you open the InDesign file? If the photo is deleted from your computer, it's lost and there is nothing you can do. You can embed image files in your InDesign file (but it's not recommended, especially with large image files). I only do that with screen captures, for users docs.
