Our files are not saving to the orignal folder the first time we save after making a change.  This is the first time this has happened with an update.  Any suggestions?

Hi together, Rob Day already wrote some ExtendScript (JavaScript) code to workaround the problem! You can find the code that can be executed on Mac OS X and Windows InDesign versions as well in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ctrl-s-doesn-t-save-my-document-anymore-it-saves-as/m-p/11566179#M402355   Or you can download the script file from a link Rob posted in another post of the same thread here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ctrl-s-doesn-t-save-my-document-anymore-it-saves-as/m-p/11566247#M402360...

Same issue here... after this most recent update, Converted files are no longer saving to the original directory folder. Not good. A bug-fix would be nice.

Or you can download the script file from a link Rob posted in another post of the same thread here:

Thank you. I was involved in that conversation and used Rob's code. That (and his step-by-step instructions) helped me create a work-around which resolves my workflow issue, at least until a new update is rolled out.
