Our files are not saving to the orignal folder the first time we save after making a change.  This is the first time this has happened with an update.  Any suggestions?

The engineers already working on a fix, I think:

Hi together,

Rob Day already wrote some ExtendScript (JavaScript) code to workaround the problem!

You can find the code that can be executed on Mac OS X and Windows InDesign versions as well in this post:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ctrl-s-doesn-t-save-my-document-anymore-it-saves-as/m-p/11566179#M402355

Or you can download the script file from a link Rob posted in another post of the same thread here:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ctrl-s-doesn-t-save-my-document-anymore-it-saves-as/m-p/11566247#M402360

Same issue here... after this most recent update, Converted files are no longer saving to the original directory folder. Not good. A bug-fix would be nice.

Thank you. I was involved in that conversation and used Rob's code. That (and his step-by-step instructions) helped me create a work-around which resolves my workflow issue, at least until a new update is rolled out.
