[Scripting] Failed to install, status = -180!

Hi,

I'm trying to install my Extension on Windows 8.1 and CC 2018, I'm using ExManCmd and I get:

C:\Users\klaus>ExManCmd\ExManCmd.exe /verbose /install myextension.zxp
Installing extension with file path = myextension.zxp
Failed to install, status = -180!

On https://helpx.adobe.com/in/exchange/kb/error-codes.html I don't find an error -180

Anybody has seen this errorcode with ExManCmd?
