Se dañó el archivo, cómo rescatarlo?

Al abrir el archivo de InDesign 2020 aparece el aviso de que está dañado y pregunta si lo quiero abrir.  Lo abro y una sola página especificamente no la puedo editar ni tampoco borrar. El programa se cierra automaticamente. Al copiar el archivo también vuelve a aparecer el mismo error.  Necesito rescatarlo. Me ayudas por favor.

Are you able to Save the file as .idml (Save As > CS4 or earlier IDML)? Then re-open the IDML file and use that. If you are able to Save As, this can resolve many problems with documents.
