Share for Review InDesign 2021

I am trying to review a document, and have shared a document for review. However, the new tools do not seem to appear in the Review page (as seen in Terry White's video). Any thoughts?

I have updated the software today, and tried on several documents.

What all tools do you see on the Review page?

All tools have now magically appeared!

Really strainge behaviour.
