Users aren't able to see the files I've shared for review.

You are don't say nor your OS, nor your version of ID, etc.

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner

Sorry about the trouble this issue has caused. This has been reported by a few other users as well and our team is working on it. We would need a few more details like:

Exact version of macOS
Does it give any error code or show blank screen? It would be great if you could add a few screenshots.
