Hi there, it looks like the "highlight text" tool went missing when my clients review a document online? How can I get this back?

That's only available if you've updated to InDesign 2021. If you are already using InDesign 2021, I'd suggested restoring your InDesign preferences:

Hi Steve, I tried that and updated the link. It doesn't do it.

Also: these options were available to me yesterday and not today. Same machine - same software.

No problems for me on a file I've been using for testing for a while. Have you tried clicking the Update Link at the bottom of the Share for Review panel? What operating system are you running?

I am also having this problem. I had five tools at first, then I only had two. Since I am working on books, the text-specific tools are kind of important when getting feedback. 🤨
