Share options for "Quick Export as PDF"

Is there a way to select the Quick Export profiles? There are two I use all the time but they aren't showing up in the dropdown. I'd like to customize otherwise it seems kind of useless.

Oh great, thanks...Google didn't come up with anything as I searched for "Quick Export as PDF".

I appreciate the heads up.
