Can I give access to my Adobe InDesign Publish Online Dashboard to another Adobe InDesign user so that we can both manage the EPUB documents hosted in just the one dashboard location? Please let me know if any additional information is required to better answer this question. Thanks

Also a "no" to this question.

It's always an Adobe server where your Publish Online documents are stored and hosted.

If you like to escape from this workflow best see into the "In5" plug-in for InDesign from Ajar Productions:

The format of Publish Online documents is not ePub, but HTML5.

HI Derek, thanks for letting me know. Do you know if it is possible to have shared access to the Publish Online Dashboard?

Hi NLSWECO,

the answer is: No.

Every publish online document is tied to the user who did it by his/her Adobe ID.

Hi, thanks for your reply. It would be great if Adobe developed this offering much further to support more advanced publish online collaboration between designers/users. Is it possible to host an InDesign HTML5 document on another online platform/with another provider?

As Uwe points out, in5 would be the way to go and as a bonus, it's far more powerful adding all of the features found in the Overlays panel.
