Shift+Command+Drag to scale is not working in InDesign

Has the shift / command and drag image gone from the new indesign? Has it been replaced with the scale tool?

I use it a thousand time a day and now I have to swap tools - v.frustrating.

Sorry to hear about your experience. There has been no change in keyboard shortcuts at all in the latest version. Please check out these conversations on Adobe community and see if they help you out:
