Show Playback Controls for Video in InDesign 16.2.1

Hi

I'm trying to make an Interactive PDF for a presentation, with embedded video.

I have 5 videos on one spread.

When I export, I can't see any 'controls' over the videos, so I can't stop one to play the other, for example? 

Any help appreciated.

If the PDF is for distribution to others, don't bother as it's not a reliable format.

I've been trying "Publish Online" also... hopefully better luck.

Any ideas why this is bombing out on me at 98% completion?
