Simple sub menu navigation in indesign - interactive

Hi, I am looking for a simple drop down sub menu for a document I'm putting together. I cant seem to find a solution. Could someone point me to something similar or give me any advice. I have created interactive documents before, but using a sub menu drop down and allowing the mouse to roll over and reveal this menu is pretty new to me.

What type of document are you trying to create?

If it's an Interactive PDF select List Box for a drop-down menu using the InDesign Buttons and Forms facility.
