Just clicked on the link you reposted, as well as the same one given in the top post of this thread – and the correct file immediately downloaded in both cases.
So not sure why you're having any difficulty... Try with a different browser and/or computer.
I tried clicking on the link. A new window opened, as with the other links, but nothing was there. I left it alone a while in case it just hadn't finished loading, but nothing ever showed up. I tried refreshing the new page and this page, but still no luck. I only have access to this one computer (MacBook Pro) and have only used Safari.
Well, it's always good to have a second browser available on your desktop, like Firefox (or Chrome).
However, note that file is not a PDF. It's an Illustrator file. It won't come up in a browser window. So check your Downloads folder for file a called Creative Aid Art 2.ai instead.
If not, then try right-clicking on the link, and then choose "Download as ..." or "Download Linked File" from the right-click menu.
In any event, that's an extra (side) asset and is not essential to the rest.
