some pages in InDesign are printed upside down (rotated 180°)

Hello, 

some documents (product sheets) were already made before i started working here in the company. I've restyled the product sheets, but when i print them (recto-verso) the first page is always printed upside down ... . When i print an exported pdf version of these documents, the first page is also printed upside down ... . What the hell is happening here? It has nothing to do with the option in the printscreen (long side or short side).

Sure sounds like a printer setting to me.

at first sight that seemed to me to be the case but i couldn't find anything in the printer settings of these documents...
