Split columns with two titles

Hi there.

I am working on a single page layout and I have split columns in my paragraph style with an H2 as a single column. I would like to move the section "Set a respectful tone" next to "Reduce zoom fatigue". Is there a way to do this without creating multiple text boxes? The second image below is the result I am looking for but to keep it in one text box.
