Still get error #18 while unsing "publish online". Last week it works perfectly, today it wont

I used "publish online" a few times with no issues, but since yesterday I got still the same error (#18).

- proxy is down (same problem)

- changed the wifi network (same problem)

- sign out and in (same problem)

- restart inDesign and Mac (same problem)

Do you have any idea for me?

Do you hve a VPN setup on your machine ? or can you install one to test ?
