Anything to do with multimedia in a PDF is nothing but a crapshoot. Find a different way of presenting this.

If you want hyperlinks in an Interactive PDF use simple hyperlinks, not rollover buttons, which won't work on many devices.

There's no perfect way to do this, all formats have advantages and disadvantages. For example, Publish Online will do what you want, but readers have to be online to read the document.

I have suggested publish online with pretty animation on it, next time they will consider it, but now they need interactive pdf for dictionary. We removed the sound. 

 

Interactive pdd is really good they have to fix some issues.
