I am working with an .indd file of my book prepared by someone else who, it seems, was not exactly an expert in using the software. Their expertise may or may not be the root cause of the difficulty I am experiencing. I have succesfully edited the main body of the file, but there is some problem beginning with the index page. No matter how many times I try, I end up with repeat pages (last page of bibliography and blank first page of index preceding last page of bibliography and correctly-formatted first page of index). See image below. If I try to delete 442-443 panel, it deletes it and looks good for about 5 seconds, but then reverts. I currently have the "Smart Tex Reflow" option checked, but I have tried it without and it does the same thing.
This is literally the last issue I have with the file before I send it to the publisher.
