Survey Created in InDesign wont "submit" on my mobile devise

I created a survey using Indesign and have a "submit" "Mailto:" at the end. It works fine on a desktop but doesn't work from my mobile device. I exported it as an Interactive PDF. Is there something else I need to do in order to allow users to take this from their mobile?

You need a real submit, https: written by a professional web programmer. mailto: is really only for testing and working in corporate settings where you can dictate the client. I suggest you start again and use a web form service. The design is unlikely to be a deciding factor.

Why would you do this with a PDF, anyway? There are countless reliable ways to do this on the web without a PDF.
