I'm using InDesign 16.2.1. When I try to convert the top row of the tables in my document to a header (so that it will apear on the following page) it disappears at the top of the table but appears on the following page as it should do. I've been using tables in InDesign for years and this has never happened before. Can anyone help? Has anyone else experienced this?

Can you provide us with the document? You can make a document with only the table and replace the text.

I'm trying to, but I get an error saying the file extension doesn't match the content so it has been removed. It was an idml. Can you send your email address so I can send it to you that way?

I found this happened when the space between table lines were of different heights. I found if you change the height of the lines either individually or in equal sized section, to fit the table they do not disappear.

There is not enough room before for the Table Header and some table lines.
