Bonjour,

 

sur mon indesign je n'ai pas la possibilité d'ouvrir les templates quand je fais "nouveau document"

si j'essaye j'ai un message qui me dit que je ne peux pas acheter la licence pour ce template (qui est gratuit)

J'ai demandé un ajout à Istock mais pareil pas de nouvelle.

Que dois je faire svp pour avoir les templates ?

Je suis désolée je me suis mal expliquée je m’en rend compte en lisant cette réponse.

s'agit-il d'un compte de particulier ou d'entreprise ?

Justement sur ce point j’ai déjà un problème. Je devrais être rattachée à un compte entreprise (celui du campus avec lequel je travaille) et mon compte devrait apparaitre en rond orange en haut à gauche quand je me connecte mais impossible de changer mon compte qui est actuellement en personnel (rond bleu) à compte entreprise. J’ai suivi la procédure Adobe pour me déconnecter et me reconnecter mais je reste en compte personnel bleu et non pas entreprise orange.

Quand je veux telecharger un template, une fenetre noire s’ouvre avec le message que j’ai mis en copie tout à l’heure. En cliquant sur Adobe stock ça m’a proposé de faire une demande par un clic. Et ensuite ça m’a dit « quelqu’un vous contactera »

Si tu as un problème avec ton compte, la première chose à faire est de contacter l'administrateur de ton compte dans ton entreprise. En ce qui concerne le message d'Adobe Stock, il faut donc attendre le contact.

Dans les 2 cas, nous ne pouvons rien faire ici, c'est un forum d'entraide et nous ne sommes pas (à part quelques exceptions) des employés d'Adobe. ou alors, il faut contacter le support clientèle.

Hm. Yes, could be a company account or a student account of a school or a university.

Maybe Adobe Stock as service, usually available through InDesign, is not activated for those licenses?

Like Adobe Fonts, Publish Online and CC Libraries are not licensed as well.

Hi Céline,

if its a campus account, its very unlikely that Adobe Stock is available through InDesign.

You should be able to see under what account your running InDesign is enlisted in the Help menu of InDesign.

 

That is only possible if you are online: Help > Manage Account…

( Don't know the exact menu name in English or French, because I'm on a German InDesign. )

 

Your internet browser should open a new tab where you can manage your Adobe account.

From there you should exactly see what Adobe account currently is assigned to InDesign.

If this is the campus account we've found the culprit.

Hm. Ok, did not read your previous reply before posting this.

 

If all others with the campus account have access to Adobe Stock and you have no access, even if your InDesign is assigned to a campus account, we have a different problem. No idea what's going wrong then…
