Hi there,   Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend searching the templates on Adobe Stock. You may click on https://stock.adobe.com/ to begin. Hope it helps.   Regards, Ashutosh

If you ask me, the solution to your problem is as close as your nearest magazine rack. Followed by a call to your preferred printing vendor.   Go through your nearest magazine rack and see what you like ... and don't like ... about existing publications. Go through your nearest magazine rack and see what you like ... and don't like ... about existing publications. Buy the magazines containing designs you like, then take them home and study what you like about them. Then call your print rep and get your reproduction requirements for producing your community magazine. If you do both these steps, honestly and faithfully, you'll develop your own magazine templates that'll likely be bettter than anything you can pick up off the shelf. And have something you'll be pretty happy working with from the get-go.

Hope this helps,

You might try looking at newsletter designs that could be modified to suit your magazine. StockLayouts offers quite a few newsletter templates for InDesign. Take a look to get design ideas and inspiration, or download a template to get started. Here's a specifically-designed neighborhood association newsletter that might work.
