If it's something like paths created with the Pen tool, or Shape tools (Rectangle, Elllipse) then you'd need InDesign.

 

InCopy can only deal with text.

What do yo mean a graphic created in InDesign? 

Is it an InDesign file? Or was it saved as another format?
