What are the pdf settings, which fonts or Styles are affected, what are their colors, …?

Did you run it through File>Package? Check each field to be sure there aren't any conflicts or fonts missing.

Try exporting as PDF/X-4 and view the PDF in Acrobat or Reader. The Acrobat page display preference for overprint preview should be set to Always. If this works, there may be a white element overprinting the missing text, and some PDF viewers are not showing it correctly.

Still, it didn't work 😞

If you are in a hurry a crude work-around might be to convert the text (or a duplicate of it) to paths (Tyoe > Create Outlines).

Marhaba Nourhan,
Is there any text warp on the page near the missing text, and how come "19-" is still visible, is it a separate text frame?
Can you grab a screenshot with the text frames visible please?

Off-topic. the underline found in the first line of the body text "العنف الجسدي والجنسي" is too close to the text, you may control underline distance by holding the "Option" key on the keyboard when clicking on the underline button to display a dialogue window, and there you may increase the "offset" amount, and may even save it as character style.

Does the PDF look OK in non-Adobe readers or browsers?
Use Acrobat to check if the fonts are properly embedded in the PDF- File> Properties> Fonts, they should all say embedded or embedded subset, if they don't, you may need to use a different font.
Try increasing the size of the text box slightly.
If you are using a Mac, cleaning the font cache may help.
Is the missing type on a separate layer, possibly set to not print?
Is the missing type in a spot color, and the color is mapped to white using the ink manager?
(the previous 2 suggestions would be revealed if overprint preview was on in InDesign).
Does the PDF look OK on other machines? If so, try resetting your Acrobat preferences and apply any updates.

I don't think the font is the issue as the first line in the header is the same font and showing in the PDF.
