We noticed that InDesignServer 2020 hangs when reproducing an INDD that used to work with InDesignServer 2019.
We narrowed it down to filling a text frame, anchored to the main text, with a few lines of text.
The document TextFrameIssue.indd has three empty text frames in the margin, an exerpt from a 300 page document.
When we enter the required text, InDesign 2020 freezes, both Server and Desktop, both 15.0.0 and 15.0.2.
When Object / Anchored Object Options / Position [Custom] / [V] Keep Within Bottom/Top column boundaries is off, it works fine.
In script, with InDesignServer 2020 (15.0.x), setting frame.anchoredObjectSettings.pinPosition=false before entering text does the job too.
But that will run the text off the page frame, when it is at the bottom of the page, so it is not a usable work around.

Notice the behavior when entering the text (using a Forced Line Break between the lines, where appropriate): a permanent hang.
