We have been using Creative Cloud Libraries for years without issues. Last week, or after the update to latest creative cloud (version: 5.3.0.468) all users except the user that owns the library can open the files saved in the cloud library.
The users can still right click on the file and edit/save it again. But cant drag and drop like they use to do.
The setup:
User 1 => owner of the libraries - this user can drag and drop the files without issues.
User 2 - 5 => They have access to the libraries and before they could drag and drop the files with out problem. - Other uses can not drag and drop but can choose Edit to edit the file and save it.
CC app = version: 5.3.0.468
Indesign version: 14.0.3
The error message:
"This file is already open by another user or another application. This file may be stored on a network server and cannot be opened until the ohter user closes it"
We have tried to reinstall, searched for .idlk files but without success.
Dont really know where to look and how to fix this?
Anyone have any ideas?

**UPDATE**
Installed version 15.1.2 and it works with that version.
Is it a bug in version 14? Beacuse we use another plugin that we havent tried in version 15. So can not just change version without trying that out.
