Touch Workspace Intro is stuck

Hello -

I can't disable Touch workspace on launch. It's stuck on the InDesign Touch Workspace, and it won't let me quit. When I click on touch, nothing happens. I cannot get anything to work on that page whether I use a mouse or touchscreen.

Is this a new installation or an upgrade from an older version of InDesign? What version of InDesign?
