I've paid 3 payments of £19.97 since mid-February and was under the impression that as I was still paying, I would be able to access InDesign. However, I've just now tried to used it again and it will not let me but is warning me that my trial has ended and I need to buy it again. However I was only billed a week or so ago? I don't want to bother Adobe itself if I'm making a silly mistake.

Hi Seersh: You might try logging out of the CC desktop app and logging back in (use the same email that you used to purchase the subscription). If that doesn't solve it, definitely contact Adobe Customer Care:https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. ~Barb
