Trouble editing text with template Adobe Stock

Hi - 

New to InDesign.

I am able to edit most of the text but there is some text at the top that I am not able to edit.

Hi,

check the assigned master page. Do that in the Pages panel.

There you should find the text frame where you can do your changes.
