Trouble pulling from CC Library after the latest update

My team at work and I use InDesign pretty much exclusively for our work.  We've all noticed, starting this morning after the new update, that none of us can pull in certain saved spreads from our shared CC Libraries.  The only way we've been able to pull in the information is copy/pasting from a whole other document, but even that is so slow that we basically have to go and take a coffee break while waiting for it to load.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?  Pulling from the Libraries can be slow sometimes for us, that's normal, but now it's either crashing the program or loading so slowly that it takes up to 10min.

Please share the information below:

1. Version of OS & InDesign
2. Creative Cloud Desktop app and Creative Cloud Library versions (These can be found in Help → About menu in Creative Cloud Desktop app).

Also, please collect logs via Adobe log collector and let us know the logs ID:
