Trying to create an ad for LinkedIn with video

I have a file created with an .mp4 video. It plays and looks great as an epub, but I believe LinkedIn will require it to be an .mp4...

So... Is there a way to bring in the frame and text onto Premiere Pro and then save the whole thing as an .mp4?

I also tried an interactive PDF, but the text in front of the video disappears.

Thanks for any help!!

You probably need to save the empty frame as a graphic, then place that as an element in Premiere Pro along with the video. Making movies isn't a thing InDesign does.

After Effects or Adobe Animate may be better applications for creating social media video items.
