Is there a way to create hyper-links to individual websites inside of a PDF Table? I need each line to link to a different website. The PDF Table was built with InDesign. However, I  am open toalmost  any approach as my table is currently 7 pages long. Everything works in Excel, but not in PDF.

Hi,

can you confirm the version of your software and operating system?

You can open the Hyperlink panel (Window menu > Interactions) to insert the links you mention.

If you have a long list of them, that will take you for ever to manually insert them.

You mention Excel, is that because you have a complete list there and yo uare trying to insert that list in InDesign to export it all as PDF? A lot of formatting and other features are lost when the comtent is imported from Excel into InDesign.

Have you tried to get your list from Excel to Word, then insert that Word doc in InDesign? that might work.

Once exported as PDF Interactive, if the links are in InDesign, they will appear and work in PDF

I got the individual lines to work. Yes. It is very tedious work. But I am  a ways into it now.

Thanks,
