Hello,

I'm working on a project started by someone else who was using a Mac, I'm using windows. I have the links, but when I try to replace the missing links InDesign freezes. This happens when I try one file as well as multiple files. I'm not finding anything helpful in the community, youtube or CC.

I have the latest version of InDesign and no updates to install. I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Please help!

Figured it out with the support team. The file folder I was trying to relink was a zip file. When I moved the files to a different (not zipped folder) it worked!

I just received this error message:

'Cannot place this file. No filter found for requested operation.'

The files I'm trying to replace are .jpg, .png and a .psd
