I'm making a flyer in indesign that I want to publish online. I would like to have the navbar always be visible, or always visible on mouseover, the way that it is in this flyer. However, for some reason I can only get it to be visible when in fullscreen mode.
How do I make it so that the navbar is always visible? Thank you!
