Hello!

I am printing a post card and I have the document set up to print 4-up, so I need to data merge the addresses on the post card, so I would have 4 different addresses on the one page.

First, is this possible?

Second, if so, how do I set up the data merge to print the 4 different addresses?

And if I have about 3000 to do, should I only allow so many per file?

I hope this makes sense.

thanks!

Set it up with one postcard that has your data fields in a text frame like this:

When you're ready to make the merge, change the Records per Document Page from Single to Multiple and tick the Preview checkbox to see how it looks.
